 12:00pm Hair/Make-up at bride’s house
12:30pm Photographer and Videographer arrive at bride’s house
1:00pm   Lunch delivered to bride’s house
                 Lunch delivered to groom’s house
2:00pm  Bridesmaids and groomsmen get dressed
2:30pm Pictures of bridal party + first look at ceremony/reception location
3:15pm Arrive at ceremony location before guests arrive
3:30pm DJ arrives at ceremony location
3:45pm Groom/Groomsmen arrive at ceremony

Prelude
4:00pm Guest arrival
                Music begins (Music: “Shallow” Lady Gaga & Bradley Cooper; “This Town” Niall Horan; “I’ll be waiting”                        Dan Rodriguez;  “Marry Me” Train; This is why I need you” Jesse Ruben)
4:15pm Bride/Bridesmaids arrive at ceremony

Pre-Processional
4:20pm Bridal party/Grandparents/Parents line up for processional
4:25pm Grandparents are escorted down the aisle (Air on a G String)
4:29pm Groom/Best Man/Pastor take place at the alter

Processional
4:30pm Procession begins (“Canon in D”)
                Groom’s mother
                Bride’s mother
                Bridesmaids escorted by groomsmen
                Flower Girl & Ring Bearer
                Maid of Honor
4:35pm Bride escorted by her father  (Music: “You Raise Me Up” (Piano version))
                Pastor Introduction
                Exchange of vows
                Exchange of rings
                Pastor guides couple in Communion (“Not Going Anywhere” Keren Ann)
                Pronouncement of Marriage and kiss
 

Recessional
4:55pm Pastor introduces couple to guests
4:56pm Music for Recessional begins (Music: “Don’t Stop Believing” by Vitamin String Quartet)
4:57pm Bridal party walk up the aisle and exit

Reception
5:00pm-6:00pm Cocktail hour (DJ choice of music)
5:00pm Pictures with bride/groom and family
5:40pm Bridal party makes their way to the reception
                Guests begin to take their seats
5:45pm Bridal party lines up to be introduced
5:50pm Introduction of bridal party/bride and groom
6:00pm Father of the bride prays for the meal
                Dinner is served
6:30pm Best man/maid of honor toasts
6:45pm First dance (“All of Me” by John Legend)
                Father/daughter dance (“My Girl” by The Temptations)
                Mother/son dance (“You’re Gonna Be” by Reba McEntire)
7:15pm  Cake cutting (“Love on Top” by Beyonce)
                Cake is served
7:30pm  Dancing
